Abordagem Estratégica de Roadmapping na Geração de Diretrizes de Inovação para Firmas de um Conglomerado Industrial

Abstract


Geração de diretrizes de inovação com o propósito de redirecionar conglomerados industriais para atenderem novos setores-clientes com maiores exigências tecnológicas é certamente desafiador. O artigo descreve um estudo sobre a utilização da abordagem estratégica de roadmapping direcionado a esse fim. No trabalho participaram em parceria os segmentos industrial, governamental e academia. O processo consistiu de cinco grandes etapas: mapeamento do estágio tecnológico das firmas do conglomerado, mapeamento das competências dos professores-pesquisadores de uma escola de engenharia, roadmapping propriamente dito - promoção de oficinas de planejamento -, promoção de sessões de acoplamento e monitoramento de resultados. Nas oficinas de planejamento integrado, que é o foco do artigo, houve participação de quinze firmas do conglomerado junto com outras quinze organizações públicas e privadas externas. No processo de roadmapping foram utilizados para coletas de dados a observação participante, análises de documentos, entrevistas semi-estruturadas, e para tratamento de dados, utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo por meio da análise de avaliação e de uma técnica ainda pouco conhecida, a centering resonance analysis (CRA). Associado a isso, seis sessões de oficinas de trabalho coletivo foram realizadas - três entre as firmas do conglomerado e organizações externas e três rodadas de oficinas nas quinze firmas de forma inter-funcional. Como resultado, um conjunto de diretrizes de inovação para o conglomerado foi gerado, como também, percepções de que haveria uma melhor compreensão do mercado do setor-cliente alvo, um melhor direcionamento à tomada de decisão de investimentos atuais e futuros e uma maior integração entre as firmas.
